Course lengths: The main distance is 24 km, but also a 16 km course

Elevation gain: 2000 m for 24 km, 1100 m for 16 km

The terrain: It's partly very technical, muddy and wet surfaces. Use shoes with deep lugs, the experience will be better ;)

Course marking: The participants will follow the marked course. It will be marked with orange/pink flags and barrier tape. The course will be fully marked.

Aid stations: 

#1 Kavlisetra. After 7 km

#2 Loftskarsetra. After 13 km (only on the 24 km)
